Counselling Appraisal Consultants Pty Ltd was established in 1995 and has an excellent track record in assisting injured workers who are suffering from either physical or psychological conditions to return to work. We are committed to providing innovative, prompt and cost effective occupational rehabilitation services that are client focussed for WorkCover, Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and Comcare claimants as well as private companies. Our goal is to reduce the human and financial cost of an injury to workers and their employers whilst achieving superior return to work rates. Further, we aim to identify and manage risk in order to prevent re-occurrences of injuries or new injuries.

Our full time staff encompass the following qualifications: psychologists, probationary psychologist, rehabilitation consultants, occupational therapists and occupational health and safety consultants. Our consultants are experienced at providing services to all industry types and also are competent at delivering services to clients where English is not their first language.

For workers who are unable to return to work with their previous employer, we have developed a separate division, JobFast. Our JobFast consultants will work with clients to assist them to identify and secure employment that meets with their skills, abilities, restrictions and interests. A range of services can be tailored to meet their job search needs and our consultants will ensure that client’s doctor is consulted and is in agreement with the job search plan.

CAC also offers a range of other services including Psychological services and Risk Management services.
